Humanistic management in schools has become the focus of modern education, with an increasing emphasis on developing the full potential of the individual. Education no longer only means the transmission of knowledge, but also the development of human quality as a whole. In this context, the humanistic management approach provides a new paradigm that integrates human values into all aspects of school management. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of humanistic management in SMP Muhammadiyah Plus in Mojokerto district and to develop a model for implementing humanistic management in schools in accordance with the opinions of experts on the implementation of humanistic management. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology. Phenomenological qualitative research methods can be interpreted as subjective experience or phenomenological
experience. Phenomenology is research that aims to understand the subjective experiences, life experiences, and perspectives of participants.
