Abstract

This research aims to determine organizational culture and knowledge sharing which will have an impact on employee performance. The respondents in this study were employees of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. This research uses a quantitative type of research with a survey approach with a sample size of 384 respondents. The data source in this research is primary data in the form of information obtained from employees of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga. Meanwhile, secondary data comes from literature such as journals, books, scientific works and the internet related to research activities. The data analysis technique used is parametric statistics and the data described is in the form of a ratio scale or scale. Meanwhile, statistical tests include validity tests and reliability tests. Then multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination R2 using the SPSS software program. The results of this research are that organizational culture and knowledge sharing have a positive impact on the performance of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga employees
