The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, entrepreneur motivation, and creativity value on the performance of IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. This research is based on the phenomenon in the field that the number of Tpi Punggul IKMs is experiencing ebb and flow. The turnover a whole has fluctuated even though the leaders in the IKM provide examples of good habits at work, employees also have good entrepreneurial motivation, and the creativity of the employees is also quite high.This research is a descriptive quantitative type. This research was conducted at IKM Topi Punggul Sidoarjo. The population of this study were 33 managers or leaders of Sidoarjo IKM Topi Punggul. Because the total population is less than 100, the research sample was selected using the total sampling method, so the total sample is 33 leaders of IKM . Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.
