Gambaran Kecemasan Pada Istri TNI AL Yang Mengalami Long Distance Marriage Akibat Ditinggal Tugas

The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of Anxiety in the Indonesian Navy wife left by her husband. The subjects in this study were two wives who were left on duty for approximately 11 months and had children. The data collection in this study used interview methods, documentation and field notes in each respondent. The results of this study show an the picture of a wife's anxiety when faced with a situation where a husband is left on duty that shows several aspects of physic condition,emotional condition and kognitif condition. In three aspects, the subject's physiological symptoms are heart palpitations and loss of appetite. In addition, the subject also experiences emotional symptoms, namely fear, nervousness, anxiety, irritability, easily feeling sad and easily crying as well as experiencing cognitive symptoms such as loss of concentration.
