This research examines the implementation of prophetic leadership in the context of character education at SMK Negeri 1 Gending, Probolinggo Regency. A qualitative research approach with a case study is employed to explain how the school principal and teachers apply the principles of prophetic leadership in shaping students' characters. The results of observations and interviews indicate that prophetic leadership, focusing on the value of shiddiq (honesty), has a positive impact on shaping students' religious character. The school principal, as an innovator, successfully integrates religious programs, creates a clean environment, and provides direct motivation to teachers and students. The achievements of students and teachers are recognized as a major contributor to creating a holistic learning environment that prioritizes character development. In conclusion, prophetic leadership at SMK Negeri 1 Gending has a significant impact on shaping students' characters and creating a comprehensive educational ecosystem.
