Chatbots are computer programs outlined to connected with individuals through content discussions. The most objective of a chatbot is to supply mechanized reactions that can illuminate issues and give data. This investigate points to create a chatbot-based time and participation data framework that utilizes area information and data to progress the precision and proficiency of time and participation administration. This framework combines WhatsApp and Chatbot and is coordinates with Spreadsheat as a database to track worker participation precisely, give programmed reactions, and store outline participation information safely. Spreadsheets are program applications utilized to oversee, organize and analyze information in unthinkable frame. In a spreadsheet, information is orchestrated in columns and columns, and each cell in a table can contain content, numbers, or equations. It is trusted that this WhatsApp chatbot data framework can offer assistance overcome the shortcomings of physically recording time and participation.
