This document aims to produce an idea, namely the Master Plan for the Development of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo 2024-2036. In order to achieve a superior school, it is necessary to arrange the stages of school development starting from the Vision, Mission and Goals of the School. This development plan is motivated by several factors which are measured through SWOT analysis. This formulation method was carried out through a discussion process with teachers, the Foundation and the school committee.Of course, this idea along the way must be tested and evaluated at every stage of its implementation so that this development plan is expected to be able to bring SD Muhammadiyah 10 Balongbendo into a great school and receive recognition at the national level.
