The rapid development of technology, especially in the field of information and communication, has changed the way society interacts and works. One significant technological innovation is the smartphone, which has now become a multifunctional device essential in daily life. However, extensive use has also led to an increase in device damage issues. The aim of this research is to develop a system that can facilitate the management of smartphone repair administrative data, reduce errors in record-keeping, and speed up the service process. The method used in this research is the waterfall method, employing several data collection techniques such as observation and interviews. The results of this research are expected to improve operational service efficiency and enable faster and more accurate decision-making.
