This study was conducted as an effort to create a packaging design for Muntu coffee according to consumers' wishes because at the time of the interview, 65 out of 87 visitors or 75% of Muntu coffee consumers complained about their desire for an attractive and durable packaging design. The kansei engineering method and the kano method are methods that will be used to study and realize what kind of packaging can provide satisfaction to Muntu coffee consumers. From the results of data analysis, it was found that components that are considered important and must be present in quality coffee packaging according to the thoughts and interests of consumers are packaging that does not spill easily and can be resealable with an aluminum foil layer on the inside, has informative information accompanied by product characteristics.
