The growth of educational institutions in recent years shows the dynamic development of the education sector. Increased awareness of education is one of the elements that encourage the growth and development of various educational institutions. However, competition in the quality of education is the main assessment in developing educational institutions that are increasingly mushrooming in our environment. Educational institutions that have managed to grow well are educational institutions that are able to develop competitive strategies by looking at existing opportunities, in addition to always carrying out continuous development. In achieving all these desires, several strategies are needed. Competitive advantage is one of the abilities to formulate strategies to achieve opportunities and consumer interests through maximizing the revenue from investments made. So that competitive strategy becomes one of the main solutions in seeing the competition of educational institutions.
