The number of Gambling Ads that appear using Google Ads, Are Gambling that appear through Google violation of the ITE Law Are who display, Providers of Advertising Facilities (Google Ads) Gambling content are criminals. Article 27 paragraph (2) of the Electronic Information and Transactions Law defines gambling as person who intentionally and without right to distribute and/or transmit produce electronic information electronic files containing gambling content. The research method used is normative legal research juridical approach to legislation. by using Deductive Analysis with the applicable laws and regulations. The result this research is that Gambling Advertising in the ITE Law is emphasized or focused on the "Content" of Gambling and Advertising Gambling the website the act of distributing and making gambling content stated in the elements of Article 27 paragraph (2) of the ITE Law, advertisements directly or indirectly related to gambling can be said to be a criminal act.
