Penerapan Metode Drill dalam Upaya Penanaman Karakter Anak Melalui Budaya Positif di Sekolah

Abstract

This research aims to find out how training methods are applied in an effort to cultivate student character through a positive culture at school. This research uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. The data analysis used is data reduction, data display, and data verification. The drill method aims to form students' habits so that they have positive character. These findings show positive character over a period of three months through the application of the drill method as an effort to instill character through a positive culture in the form of class agreement. This effort involves students directly. This will create a desire in students to be responsible for the agreements that have been made. It is proven that the students are enthusiastic and actively involved in making this agreement, so the creation of a class agreement makes students fully aware that they are responsible, disciplined, tolerant, respectful, and polite.
