This research aims to find out how the cohesiveness of teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan schoola. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The subject of this research is the teacher at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. This study found that there is teacher solidarity in a rural community environment. What is judged by the cohesiveness of the teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 5 Tulangan school is having principles in carrying out a job. Even with a non-consumptive life with the existence of these principles being an inseparable unity and can strengthen cohesiveness and be a good example to school members, especially for students. Various productivity that is lived in daily life that creates a bond of brotherhood with others. The supporting factor is the work environment in a comfortable school.
