Assess the quality of electronic medical records in hospitals to ensure that information systems can function effectively and efficiently.The aim of this research is to determine the quality of the use of electronic medical records as well as to prevent failures in use of Electronic Medical Records at RSUD DR. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto.The research method used is quantitative analytics using the measurement techniques of the McCall method. The population of research officers using the application of electronic medical records of 100 people. The evaluation process was carried out with several stages of measurement using variables on McCall's method, namely: correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, usability, maintainability, flexibility, testability, portabelity, reusability, interoperability.. The results of the research from the calculation using McCall method for each variable, found that the presentation of electronic medical records at DR Hospital. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo at Mojokerto 44% was in a fairly good category.
