Implementasi Metode Six Sigma dan SWOT Dalam Penjaminan Kualitas Produk Pada UMKM Makanan

UD Darjo's Donuts faced product defects due to poor quality control. This research aims to determine the sigma value using the Six Sigma method and provide strategy suggestions using SWOT analysis. The study involves calculating the sigma index and using fishbone diagrams to analyze causes and effects of defects. Five types of defects impacting product quality were identified. Six Sigma measurements showed the highest sigma value of 4.00 in the first period and the lowest at 3.64 in the fifth, with an average of 3.78. SWOT analysis placed the business in quadrant I, indicating many strengths and opportunities, recommending a proactive pick-up-the-ball strategy.
