This research aims to analyze the extent of the effectiveness of the Food Program Case Study in Sidoarjo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Using a descriptive qualitative method with an approach through observation and interviews. The results of this research are first, in terms of indicators of program understanding, one form of understanding the food program is socialization activities. Second, it was found that the number of food program recipients in Sidoarjo Regency needs to be increased according to existing data. Third, the on-time indicator can be seen when delivery is no later than the predetermined time even though sometimes there are obstacles in the form of flat tires. Fourth, the indicator that the goal has been achieved is that providing food to the elderly is in accordance with established health standards. Fifth, in terms of real change indicators, there have been positive changes felt by the beneficiaries.
