In wood companies there is always sawdust waste that cannot be reprocessed. When the cutting machine is running continuously, there are worst possibilities that can occur, namely the surface of the blade becomes very hot and when inside the wood to be cut there is a foreign object in the form of iron or other metal objects that are also exposed to friction from the knife. The research method uses Arduino Uno as a data processor from the LDR sensor then as a command regulator to the 5V relay to close the dumper and as a command to the ESP8266 Module to send notifications via Telegram. From the results of the trials carried out, it can be concluded that this system works well because the LDR sensor can read sparks is very small and controls the 5V relay to secure dumper ducting, as well as notifications via telegram.
