This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection methods, namely observation and interviews. Technical data analysis is carried out by using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Able to compete, in the quality management process, the weaknesses of teachers who do not use PAIKEM institutionally are always providing motivation, inviting supervisors/resources for coaching, and intensifying KKG/MGMP activities both at the district level within the Ministry of Religion. Not all teachers can use IT. The solution is to send teachers/teachers, training/workshops for development and provide an appeal to use electronic/IT-based learning media, increase the ITCP class quota, which indirectly inspires teachers to be more massive in using IT in every learning process so that quality management process to achieve indicators, namely the learning process involves more of the role of students.
