This research aims to analyze the communication patterns applied by the headmaster of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Krucil in shaping religious culture. The research method used is a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that the headmaster of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Krucil employs an open and inclusive communication pattern with all members of the school community. Through regular meetings, group discussions, and interactive dialogues, the headmaster provides space for in-depth discussions on religious values, highlighting the role of the madrasah in shaping religious character and implementing Islamic teachings in daily life. The communication built by the headmaster also involves parents and the surrounding community, making the madrasah a center for holistic learning. The results of this research provide an overview of effective communication patterns as a foundation for shaping religious culture in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Sunan Kalijaga Krucil.
