Work motivation has a significant contribution to determining the quality of work produced. The existence of a sense of enthusiasm, interest in doing a job, motivational encouragement that arises from within employees is an indicator for them to be able to produce quality performance, likewise if they have a low level of motivation and work enthusiasm then what is obtained is minimal quality work. so that the results of the work are of poor quality and are less than satisfactory. Apart from motivation, the work environment and compensation are also important factors in determining employee performance. Through this study, researchers want to conduct an analysis of the influence of work motivation, work environment and compensation on employee performance. By using quantitative methods, this study seeks to determine the partial influence or implications of aspects of motivation, environment, work environment and compensation on the performance of the apparatus of Kepulungan Village.
