Abstract

Surabaya Zoo is an institution that plays an important role in wildlife conservation, education, research, and tourism, Surabaya Zoo is committed to preserving wildlife and providing an interesting educational experience for visitors. This study will provide a strong foundation for researchers to evaluate and improve Surabaya Zoo's promotional efforts through TikTok on the @Kebun Binatang Surabaya account on TikTok. By using an interpretatively designed qualitative research method, it can comprehensively investigate the relationship between promotion on @Kebun Binatang Surabaya's TikTok account and visitor interest. This can be seen from the growing number of followers and high engagement (feedback). The results of this study provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of promotional media through the TikTok @ Surabaya Zoo account in increasing visitor interest through the 7P, namely Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence.
