This study aims to determine the partial effect of job insecurity, job stress and job satisfaction on employee commitment. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 50 employees of CV Kevin Perkasa, using a sampling technique, namely total sampling using a questionnaire. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Job stress has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment and job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. In addition, in this context Job Insecurity, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction simultaneously also proved to have a significant influence on employee commitment at CV Kevin Perkasa.
