Abstract

The use of Information Technology (IT) in the event organizer (EO) industry is crucial for enhancing ticketing service efficiency and quality. This research focuses on implementing a responsive and adaptive Online Ticketing Service Information System for FEST Event Organizer. FEST EO faces challenges in managing event tickets manually, handling complex user data, and responding to event changes. The objective is to develop a responsive system for ticket sales and data management, adaptable to industry changes. Using the Applied Research method, the system aims to improve online ticket sales efficiency, customer satisfaction, and manage ticket sales and user data more effectively. The development includes a website admin for generating online tickets with barcodes, an online registration form, data management with PDF output, and E-Certificates in PDF for printing or emailing to participants. This research contributes to IT development in online ticketing services and serves as a reference for other event organizers.
