Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Qur'an memorization training method at Hamalatul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. Islamic Religious Education is a crucial component of the school curriculum, and the quality of its teaching can vary based on several factors, including the school's quality category. The study employs a qualitative descriptive method and involves Qur'an memorization instructors at Hamalatul Qur'an. The aim is to understand the practices of the drill method and its implementation in the boarding school. Additionally, the research explores the perceptions of instructors, boarding school caretakers, and students regarding this habituation training method. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the boarding school administration, instructors, and students.
