The development of human capital of Tahfizh teachers has its own uniqueness compared to teachers in general, because a tahfizh teacher is required to have pedagogical competence,professional core competence of tahfizh Al-Qur'an which also has standards The knowledge inherited from Al-Qur'an scholars with a scientific pedigree and competence which is commonly called the Sanad Al-Qur'an,pedagogical competence, social competence, personal competence. the development of professional competence for tahfizh teachers, which consists of three stages, namely stages of improving reading (tahsinul qiro'ah), stages of strengthening memorization (itqonul hifzh) and stages of taking the sanad of the Qur'an from the History of Imam Hafsh from Imam 'Asim. By developing quality standards for good human capital resources for tahfizh teachers, it is hoped that it will improve the quality of tahfizh learning which will have a positive impact on the performance of the Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an , Malang, East Java.
