Prediction of Synthetic Leather Wallet Production Using the Fuzzy Mamdani Method

UMKM PDKT is a business engaged in the production of wallets in Tanggulangin District, Sidoarjo Regency. This MSME produces wallets with sales ranging from 35,000-40,000 pecs/year. PDKT MSME decision-making planning in determining the number of important products to maximize results and profits, in this case production planning depends on the remaining supply from one previous period and also the estimated number of requests in the next period. Data identification is done by determining the variables needed to perform calculations and problems. This study aims to predict the production of synthetic leather wallets using the fuzzy mamdani method based on data on the number of requests and total supplies from October 2021 - September 2022. trials with a total demand of 12000 pecs and inventory in the warehouse of 870 pecs, the system predicts 11275 pecs of leather wallets synthetics to be produced. With an accuracy rate of 32.16366667%.
