PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the food industry, especially the production of gabin biscuits. snacks that have
high nutritional value and are liked by all people. To maintain product quality, of course, we must pay attention to
the safety and health of employees first. To get results that match expectations as a company engaged in the food
sector, placing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) as a top priority. The purpose of this study is to identify the
source of the hazard and assess the risks contained in the production process so that it can provide advice as risk
control. this research uses the HIRARC method which is a combination of hazard identification, risk assessment and
risk control, which is a method to prevent or minimize work accidents. analysis are that there are activity processes
that have a risk with a low level of 3. Then there are activitiesthat
