Abstract

Using minimal costs in product sales will produce optimal profits. The cost factor greatly influences optimal results. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the number of products in medium and above businesses to continue producing products to meet market demand. Inventory and supply of goods are factors to consider. In this research, the Mamdani fuzzy logic method was used to predict the number of onion cracker products. It is hoped that the results of this research can help middle and upper businesses determine the number of products according to consumer demand. From the calculation results, by entering variable input of 810 packs and inventory of 150 packs, the result is 700 packs.
