Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the evaluation of SIAGUS-based teacher performance at Dr. Soetomo Surabaya Junior High School. This research is a qualitative study that aims to obtain an analysis of complete and in-depth data. In this study the authors analyzed existing data by triangulating data based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation to examine the results of teacher performance at SMP Dr Soetomo Surabaya. The results of this study are that teacher performance is categorized as good. SIAGUS is one of the effective tools in assessing teacher performance and makes it easier for school principals to provide follow-up for improving human resources
