Myogenic Low Back Pain is a musculoskeletal disorder that is caused by stress, strain, and can occur due to unergonomic positions when carrying out excessive activities, resulting in muscle tension accompanied by pain in the lower back area. This case study research is to determine the provision of Hatha Yoga intervention to reduce pain and increase lumbar flexibility in sufferers of Myogenic Low Back Pain. The instrument uses the NRS (Numerical Rating Scale) to measure pain, the Modified Schober Test measures lumbar flexion-extension movement flexibility and the Modified Moll Test measures lumbar lateral flexion flexibility. The results of the research show that Hatha Yoga for 4 weeks, 8 meetings, can reduce pain and increase flexibility in the lumbar spine. Respondents in the research were women. The conclusion of this study is that providing Hatha Yoga intervention can reduce pain and increase lumbar flexibility in sufferers of Myogenic Low Back Pain.
