The Village Fund Allocation Planning in Sugihwaras Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency has not been in accordance with a predetermined schedule, causing delays in disbursing funds for the next stage. This is because the supervision is still not optimal, and the data that is not valid can be seen from the reporting and accountability processes that experience delays. Therefore, this study aimed to (1) describe and analyze the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) planning in Sugihwaras Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency (2) To describe and analyze the constraints in planning the Village Fund Allocation in Sugihwaras Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo Regency. The first data collection technique is interviews, in this study the author conducts direct interviews or face to face with informants to collect complete data. Sidoarjo Regency has followed the rules that have been regulated in the legislation, but the planning process in Sugihwaras Village is still not optimal..
