Design Simulation for Automatic Finger Washing and Drying Equipment

Hand Sanitizer is a hand cleaner that2has antibacterial capabilities in inhibiting and2killing bacteria. The components in the automatic hand washing and drying device are the liquid pump with a pump for gallon water, the hair dryer as a hand dryer component and an ultrasonic sensor added for the liquid automatic opening and closing system. Simulation analysis on the design of an automatic finger washing and drying device using Solidworks Simulation 2016 software, producing data from Pressure, Velocity and Temperature. The pressure simulation results get the maximum value of 102045.50 Pa and the minimum pressure value that occurs is 101217.10 Pa, while the velocity simulation results get the maximum value of 56,367 m/s and the minimum pressure value that occurs is 0 m/s, and the temperature simulation results get The maximum value result is 21.13 ℃ and the minimum pressure value that occurs is 19 ℃.
