Abstract

PT Indo Lautan Makmur is a company in the food industry, specializing in processed fish products, particularly surimi dough. This study identifies 18 supply chain risks in the surimi dough production process, categorized into plan, source, make, and delivery. Using the House Of Risk (HOR) and SWOT Analysis approaches, the study aims to manage these risks and provide mitigation recommendations. The HOR method identifies and ranks risks based on severity and frequency. Mitigation strategies are formulated through SWOT analysis, assessing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Key risks identified include limited skilled human resources, supplier failures, and delivery disruptions. The top mitigation action involves precise recruitment and selection. SWOT analysis suggests strategies focusing on suppliers, technology, and training.
