This study aims to produce a school development plan at the Al Fattah Islamic Boarding School in Sidoarjo in the field of facilities and infrastructure, especially in the scope of digital libraries which are able to facilitate readers with sophisticated, flexible and efficient services. This research uses the Research & Development (R&D) method which is described descriptively. The results of this research will be implemented for 5 years with the ultimate goal of creating a digital library for Islamic boarding schools that provides unlimited literacy resources.
