Abstract

This paper outlines the need for Islamic higher education institutions to adapt to the era of Society 5.0, characterized by advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI). It emphasizes the role of the Faculty of Islamic Studies at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo (UMSIDA) in preparing graduates who are not only skilled and Islamic but also proficient in AI technologies. The proposed development plan includes enhancing curricula, improving faculty competencies, and integrating AI responsibly. The aim is to produce graduates who can effectively collaborate with AI, maintain ethical standards, and excel in their professions. The strategic vision for 2032 focuses on creating a faculty that is innovative and adaptive to technological advancements while upholding Islamic values.
