This research aims to explore and understand the role of teachers in shaping the character of students at MTs Sunan Kalijaga Krucil Probolinggo. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach, involving classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and the analysis of documents related to religious curriculum and school activities. The research findings indicate that teachers play a central role in shaping students' characters. They are not only educators but also role models who provide exemplary behavior through daily actions and interactions with students. Religious learning is integrated with religious activities, such as group prayers and study of Islamic scriptures, to strengthen religious values. Furthermore, teachers are also involved in fostering morality and ethics, creating a conducive learning environment for the development of religious character. Extracurricular and social activities, such as social service and visits to places of worship, serve as means to apply religious values in daily life.
