A prototype of an adjustable wood cutting machine table was designed to cut wood at angles ranging from 45º to 90º using a circular saw blade. In the manufacturing industry, especially in the furniture sector, selecting the right cutting tool is crucial to enhancing productivity and product quality. The prototype manufacturing process involved cutting, assembling, and painting components, with a total working time of approximately 16 hours, using tools such as hand drills, circular saws, cutting grinders, and electric welding, as well as materials like sheet metal and plywood. The research findings indicated a difference of 6 hours and 15 minutes between actual and theoretical manufacturing times. The prototype construction cost amounted to Rp 2,370,126. The implementation of this prototype is expected to support increased productivity and product quality in the furniture industry, providing an effective solution to improve operational efficiency and the quality of production in the related industry.
