The evolution of the world of transactions, which is rising all the time, has prompted this study. For example, incompleting transactions between sellers and purchasers, e-commerce users require communication in order for thetransaction to proceed well. In general, communication is required to exchange messages between the sender and therecipient of the message, which necessitates the use of the chat feature in e-commerce. To meet the needs of users in makingtransactions more efficiently, an e-commerce application with a chat feature can be included to simplify communication andtransactions between sellers and buyers. It is intended that by using the PHP programming language and the MySQLdatabase to store, create, and manage the data needed in the design of the application, developers will be able to learn anddevelop it quickly so that it may be utilized not only on the web, but also on mobile devices.
