Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan

Human Resource Management is a way to improve the quality of human resources in an institution. The aim of this research is to find out how the HRM implementation system is at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo and to find out what the quality of education at the school is after implementing the existing HRM. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, describing and describing events in an environment. Data collection methods, namely: Observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data obtained from the field is analyzed qualitatively using data grouping techniques, followed by conclusions. The results of this research focus on: (a). HRM process at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo: Planning, recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and career paths. (b). The quality of education at MTs Muhammadiyah 1 Taman Sidoarjo is going quite well.
