Increasing productivity and product quality is very important for the success of a company. One effective approach is Lean Manufacturing, which focuses on optimizing human resources and production equipment by reducing waste. This research aims to maximize productivity and product quality by reducing waste in the production process of PT. SPLN uses Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT). VSM is used to evaluate the condition of each workstation, while PAM from VALSAT is used to reduce waste. After improvements were made, there was a significant increase in cable tray production from 138 units to 172 units. This study identified that Necessary but Not Value Added (NNVA) activities reached 70.54%, followed by Non Value Added (NVA) at 29.04%, and Value Added (VA) at 0.03% in PT's production process. SPLN. Recommendations for improvement include reducing NNVA and NVA activities to improve operational efficiency
