Abstract

Work Stress are one of the many problem that worker face during individual working process which may bring impact to individual work performance. This research aims to determine the relationship between gratitude and work stress in Gojek drivers in Sidoarjo. This research method uses a quantitative method with a population of Gojek drivers in Sidoarjo 2123 and the research sample is 297 which is determined from the Isaac & Michael table with a tolerance of 5%. Determining the sample uses a purposive sampling technique where samples are taken based on certain criteria. The variables in this research are gratitude and work stress. Data collection in this research used a psychological Likert scale model for gratitude and work stress scales. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a negative relationship between gratitude and work stress among Gojek drivers in Sidoarjo.
