The stone crusher machine is all-alt for crushing stone in large sizes, being small in size, in Indonesia it is known as the stone crushing machine which is known as calmpural for making concrete in asphalt. Slower processing time for Malkal Dalpalt to stabilize the machine, the production process is currently ongoing. such as the case of the punch tool of the Stone Crusher machine which often experiences damage, preventive maintenance using the ALge Replacement method is carried out so that the inspection period is determined to prevent problems. Preventive malintenance which is carried out during the period of the scheduled walk-in time, can be seen in reducing walk-in downtime. The optimal maintenance and replacement interval for bearing components on stone crusher machines has the highest reliability value of around 81% and occurs at 105 days. With optimal cost selbelsar Rp. 2.179.04
