Abstract

Rapid developments and increasingly fierce competition in the banking world have encouraged financial institutions to compete in providing the best service to their customers. The problem is the influence of sharia banking services and savings products which are taken into consideration for customer satisfaction. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship and influence of sharia banking services and iB SiAga savings products on customer satisfaction at Bank KB Bukopin Syariah. The type of research used in the research is quantitative research. The population used in this research were 1000 KB Bukopin Syariah Bank customers who saved at the bank according to interviews with the parties concerned. Meanwhile, the sample for this research was 100 people.
