Abstract

This research is to analyze the influence of competency, career development, employee engagement through spirituality on functional officials resulting from equalization in the Sidoarjo Regency government environment, with the target population in this research being all echelon IV officials who experienced equalization of positions and moved to become functional officials. The number of functional officials resulting from equalization in Sidoarjo Regency was 172 people and 120 respondents. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square) and is processed with Smart PLS 3.2.9. This research proves that 1.) Competence through Spirituality has a significant influence on improving the performance of functional officials resulting from equalization in Sidoarjo Regency; 2.) career development through spirituality does not have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. ; 3.) Employee Engagement through Spirituality has a significant influence on improving the performance of functional officials resulting from equalization in Sidoarjo Regency.
