Abstract

Supplier selection is one of the more objective strategic programs and supplier selection decisions are often only based on intuition, habits, and existing experience. Supplier selection is one of the important things in purchasing activities because it greatly affects the quality of a product. This research was conducted at Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Sidoarjo Hospital using quantitative research and using a sample in the form of purposive sampling. The criteria used to determine suppliers are delivery, quality, service, past performance, payment. The results of the calculation on supplier selection criteria using the AHP method can be seen the order or priority of each criterion, the first criteria (Quality), the second Criteria (Responsiveness), the third Criteria (Flexibility). The results of this study can contribute to the selection of suppliers based on supplier performance to the Aisyiyah Siti Fatimah Sidoarjo Hospital.
