Abstract

Creativity is the ability to generate new ideas and concepts. Every business requires creativity in its implementation. By understanding this change in behavior, SMEs must be ready to approach their markets through these new media. Helping SMEs face competition on social media, such as providing basic guidance on product marketing through Instagram and improving product packaging according to the following standards is the main objective of this research. The method used by the author in carrying out the activity consists of three series : analysis, process, and results. Overall, the service carried out by the author to one of the SMEs with a bottled Sambal product called Sambeland in Pepe Village, Sedati, Sidoarjo went well. The results
obtained from the service are an increase in brand awareness of Sambeland through making Instagram and taking
product photos that are more attractive to consumers. also safer product packaging for long distance shipping.
