Abstract

The research aims to produce more efficient marketing strategies, better understanding of customer preferences and improved service quality. To support this research we will examine previous research on the use of social media in a business context, how it influences purchasing decisions, and how perceptions of price and service quality are important in the process. In this research, a quantitative approach was used. The sampling technique in this research is a non-probability sampling technique, namely accidental sampling as a method for determining the sample with a total of 100 respondents. the data analysis technique uses the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) with the program IBM SPSS version 25.
