Abstract

Instagram is a platform that is often used for promotional activities. Tidar Silicon Tire Polish and NMAX CarWash MSMEs face challenges because they do not yet have Instagram accounts to market their products. This means that their target market is not yet widely spread throughout Indonesia. The main initiative is to help create an Instagram account so that it can promote MSME products through online catalogs on social media. This approach includes preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. As a result, both of them now have active Instagram accounts with online catalog posts. The @semirban_silicon account has 31 followers, while @nmax.carwash has 6 followers. Data analysis is limited to that Instagram account. MSME players have now used Instagram to promote their products, and it is hoped that they can be consistent in uploading products in the future.
