Implementasi PLC Omron CP1E Pada Prototype Mesin Pencacah Plastik Otomatis Berkelanjutan

Currently, the industrial world cannot be separated from sheet plastic waste which is very difficult to decompose in the soil, so it needs to be recycled by crushing. Sheet plastic is processed through shredding using a plastic cutting machine. Most of the chopping machines in the industrial world still enter plastic waste using human power, with one motor component as a driving force. To solve the above problem by adding a blower motor and a puller using PWM which functions to pull the remaining plastic sheets which are then chopped by the grinder motor, the chopped results are moved by the blower motor to the chopped results. This research applies the RnD method with a focus on designing a continuous automatic plastic chopping machine, based on PLC using CX-One software. This research proves that the automatic plastic shredding machine can improve efficiency, work safety, and reduce production costs.
