Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of job training, organizational culture and teamwork on the effectiveness of the performance of UMKM. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 70 respondents. The sample used in this study was taken using a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is to distribute questionnaires to UMKM who take part in training programs in the District. The results of the research show that the job training variable has a positive and significant influence on performance effectiveness, organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on performance effectiveness, teamwork has a positive and significant influence on performance effectiveness and performance effectiveness has a positive and significant influence. This is used in Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in carrying out job training, organizational culture, and teamwork on performance effectiveness.
